Our front office employees are competent project managers with extensive experience and substantive knowledge of our current projects. Answers to most questions are provided during the first contact. We understand perfectly how important it is for the service provider to fit into the customer’s structures and procedures. We can adapt to almost any work model, from casual cooperation to strict integration of our team into the customer’s business structure.

We provide services in accordance with our unique quality management system, which complies with ISO 17100 (certified since 2010). We are one of the few companies to offer medical device translation services supported by the unique in-house competencies in biomedical engineering.

Over two decades of experience
In 2000, Ryszard Jarża set up his technical writing and translation business. An immensely experienced technical writer and translator, his professional track record included designing industrial controllers and selling specialised CAD software. The business later became Jarża Documented Information Sp. z o.o. Ryszard has been professionally involved in writing technical documentation and translation since the early 1990s. He translated over a dozen books and was an author of two, including a well-received programming guide. Initially, our staff consisted of engineers with linguistic competencies. Over time, linguists from other specialist fields were added to our workforce. We have been cooperating with our key customers for over two decades and our first customers, just like our first employees, are still with us.
