Prices are set individually, taking into consideration a specific project and related requirements. However, we generally apply the following universal pricing principles:
A translation price is determined by the word count in a source text (rather than per page).
The translation price includes a review performed by our second translator as well as arrangement and implementation of changes from your review (i.e. you can present translation to your specialist for review and we will prepare a final version of the text that takes account of the specialist’s comments).
No additional fees for express delivery, specialized subject, etc.
Typesetting, customizing graphics and other similar technical activities are usually additionally charged.
Yes, translations into Polish or English can be certified by a Polish sworn translator. We may also issue our own certificate signed by the translator, the reviewer and the project manager where they confirm that the translation was performed in line with a certain procedure and due diligence.
Texts intended for publication are translated only into Polish. Our preferred source language is English. When requested, we can provide translations from German, Dutch and French. Also, we can prepare translations into the English language only for informational purposes (i.e. translation of tender documents or correspondence for internal use).
We do not offer creative DTP services or website creation as such. However, when requested we provide technical development of web pages and publications translated by our team, i.e. we adapt typesetting after changes to the text length, we change fonts or modify images to include Polish wording, etc.
